Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Verdict, an app operated by Forge13 Studios. By using Verdict, you agree to these terms. If you download Verdict from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Verdict is

Verdict is an information service. It helps you discover open class action settlements you may qualify for and links you to the official settlement website, where you file your own claim.

What Verdict is not

• Verdict is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
• Verdict is not affiliated with any court, settlement administrator or class counsel.
• Verdict does not file claims for you and does not decide whether you are eligible.
• Verdict does not guarantee that you will receive any payment, or any particular amount.
• Verdict never takes a share of any settlement payment.

Settlement information

We check each listing against the official settlement website and show the source and the date it was verified. Courts and administrators can change deadlines, eligibility and payment terms at any time, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Always read the official notice and confirm the details on the official website before filing.

Your responsibilities

• File claims only for settlements you honestly believe you qualify for. Filing a false claim may be illegal.
• Give accurate information on any claim form you submit.
• Do not use Verdict for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, and do not scrape, copy or reverse engineer the app or its data.

Subscriptions

Full access to Verdict requires a Verdict Pro subscription, offered as monthly and annual plans. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a plan includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

Verdict is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or that any settlement will result in a payment to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forge13 Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim relating to Verdict is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Verdict after a change means you accept the updated terms.
