These terms govern your use of Verdict, a class action settlement finder operated by Forge13 Studio. By using Verdict, you agree to these terms.
Verdict is an information service that helps you discover class action settlements you may qualify for and guides you to official claim filing pages. Verdict is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not affiliated with any court, settlement administrator, or class counsel.
We work to ensure all settlement information is accurate and current. However, settlement terms, deadlines, and eligibility requirements are controlled by courts and settlement administrators, not by Verdict. Always verify information on the official settlement administrator website before filing a claim.
When using Verdict, you agree to:
Verdict offers monthly and annual subscriptions (Verdict Pro) that unlock full access to settlement matching and claim filing. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Verdict is provided as-is. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular settlement will result in a payment to you. Settlement payouts depend entirely on the terms set by courts and settlement administrators.
Forge13 Studio's liability to you for any claim arising from use of Verdict is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Verdict after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
